ANTAGONISTS RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We want every ANTAGONISTS customer to be satisfied with their purchase. Please review our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.
RETURNS
We accept eligible return requests within 2 days of delivery.
You have 2 days from the date your order is marked as delivered to request a return. Return requests submitted after this period may not be accepted.
To be eligible for a return, merchandise must:
- Be unworn, unused, and unwashed.
- Be in its original condition.
- Have all original tags and labels attached.
- Be free of stains, odors, deodorant marks, makeup, pet hair, alterations, or other signs of wear.
- Be returned with any original packaging included with the product.
Items that do not meet these requirements may be denied a refund.
STARTING A RETURN
To request a return, contact us at ANTAG@wwwantagonists.com within 2 days of delivery and provide your:
- Full name
- Order number
- Item(s) you would like to return
- Reason for the return
Please do not send merchandise back without first receiving return instructions from ANTAGONISTS.
RETURN SHIPPING
For eligible approved returns, ANTAGONISTS provides free return shipping in accordance with the return rules displayed at the time of purchase.
Return instructions and, when applicable, a return shipping label will be provided after your return request has been approved.
Customers must follow the provided return instructions. ANTAGONISTS is not responsible for merchandise returned without authorization or sent to an incorrect address.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank, credit card company, or payment provider to process and post the refund.
Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable except where required by law or where the return results from an error by ANTAGONISTS.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order immediately after delivery.
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us at ANTAG@wwwantagonists.com as soon as possible.
Please include your order number and clear photographs showing the issue so we can review the situation and provide an appropriate resolution.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For hygiene, safety, or other applicable reasons, certain products may be designated as final sale or non-returnable. Any such restrictions will be clearly disclosed on the applicable product page or before purchase.
Gift cards and items specifically marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for return or refund except where required by applicable law.
EXCHANGES
We do not guarantee direct exchanges due to limited inventory and product availability.
If you need a different size or item, please contact us regarding a return. Once your return is approved, you may place a new order for the desired item, subject to availability.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Because our garments are premade and orders are processed quickly, cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible after purchase.
Cancellation requests are not guaranteed once an order has entered processing or fulfillment.
CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES
If you experience an issue with your order, please contact ANTAGONISTS first at ANTAG@wwwantagonists.com so we have an opportunity to resolve the matter.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable law or through your payment provider.
CONSUMER RIGHTS
This Return & Refund Policy does not limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable federal, state, or local consumer protection laws.
